  2. Qualifications Ambassadors for Peace or other young members who are seeking an Introduction through the BFD or Matching by True Parents Standards for 1st Gen. Matching (including): as discussed at meeting Oct.20071. At least 1 year active membership - before applying - that means sexual purity for all of that time.2. Studies up to 7 Day DP level workshop 3. Regular attendance to at least one FFWPU program ( e.g. Sunday Service, WAIT, IRFF ).4. Regular Tithng or financial contribution5. Demonstrating good character, which includes maturity to be a responsible spouse with self-discipline, and unselfish life-style ( e.g. responsible studies and/or employment )6. Attendance to  Blessing Preparation Workshop7. Being connected to a community of other Blessed Families

  3. Improved System of Care during the Matching Process AIM: to make sure that when couples attend the Blessing they understanding enough to be seriously committed to their vows. The process: Introduction 21 days of ‘Communication Phase’ 25 more weeks of guided preparation for the Blessing - a ‘Heavenly Courtship’. (Altogether 7 months) Acceptance , and commitment

  4. Heavenly Courtship What does that mean? • Win the heart of the person • Be loving and lovable • Find a deep heart of God about His Will for your couple • Understand if you will commit to building a Blessed Central Family together • Learn the meaning and value of the Blessing

  5. How to send your applications • Go to www.bfdeu.org • Section ‘1st Gen. Blessing’ • Forms are there…please fill in everything • Send to eublessings@googlemail.com • User name and password is needed to see the secure section where the profiles can be viewed

  6. National Representativesof the Eu-BFD We need one in every country to lighten the burden of the leadership, and inspire the couples to be growing and energised. At present we have 19 BFD Reps. from the 35 countries ( there were 14 a year ago). Each candidate needs an ‘advocate’ who can write an objective page about them, and care for them personally through the process.

  7. Those who were introduced since the San Marino Assembly and Blessing on October 14th • Zyber Cipi and Rezarta Dervishi – both Albanian • James Powell and Elona Cuka – Wales and Albania

  8. 12 more couples are in the process of the ‘heavenly courtship’. There are 7 more couples being considered for introduction. At present we have: 30 Thai candidates 5 young European candidates under 30 4 between 30 and 40 7 more Albanian candidates 2 candidates from the USA 1 Japanese candidate total 49 ( 39 women and 10 men) andin addition there are 9 ladies over 50 years of age. 6 of the younger candidates are ‘jacob children’: 3 men and 3 women
