  15. Consequences/Failurefor Reporting Absences • 1st Offense- Verbal Warning from Department Assistant Principal • 2nd Offense- Conversation w/ Department AP followed by a letter of written warning placed in school folder • 3rd Offense- Meeting w/ Principal and HR Involvement
