  2. Founded in 1998, Adelante Dolmen is a social cooperative working in the field of computer science. At first, AD worked only as a training center to provide computer skills especially for disabled people but not only.

The business idea: the draft of a new law Any employer who employs more than 15 employees must hire a certain number of disabled individuals, as follows: • 1 in a firm of 15 to 35 employees; • 2 in a firm of 36 to 50 employees; • at least 7% of the workforce, for an employer with more than 50 employees.

  4. TURN A LEGAL REQUIREMENT INTO AN OPPORTUNITY! Why merely pay a fine when at a comparable cost you could have a useful service? Adelante Dolmen allows you to outsource part of your activities and fulfill the obligation of hiring differently able people. Adelante Dolmen analyses your company activities which could be outsourced and selects the most suitable candidates. 

  5. TRANSFORM CAPEX IN OPEX It is not compulsory to provide workspace for the chosen candidate, as they can work at Adelante Dolmen's head office.. The cooperative takes care of the work assigned, ensuring its completion regardless of the individual employee's ability to meet deadlines.

Disability encompasses: • individuals whose working capabilities are reduced by more than 45% as a consequence of physical or mental handicaps; • individuals whose working capabilities are reduced by more than 33% as a result of an accident at work; • individuals with serious physical disabilities; • individuals disabled in war or the services.

  7. Over the years, new services has been added to enhance our commercial services, including: - ERP Software Development - Designing Site Structures for Intranets and Websites - APP for IOS and Android - IT Training - LAN Technical assistance - Hosting - Data recovery from corrupted digital media - Digitization of paper archives

  8. We appeal to information technology to facilitate work integration of people with disabilities. During the years we have favored the integration or reinstatement of many disabled employees in the workplace by giving them the pleasure of being fully integrated and productive. To date, the social cooperative Adelante Dolmen has 85 employees and a turnover of approximately € 2,000,000 .
