Mental Health Collaboration: Reduce Waiting, Increase Admissions

Join the NIATx/State of WI Mental Health Collaborative to reduce waiting times and no-shows, increase admissions, and improve service quality for clients. Our project aims to decrease the time between service request and entry into treatment to under 2 weeks for clients admitted to Residential Crisis Stabilization. By adding staff time for assessments and conducting on-site assessments, we have already seen a 37% reduction in entry time, leading to improved engagement and customer satisfaction. Let the presentations begin and rock stars in service improvement shine!
