  • Enables you to think on higher level.
  • It helps to provide a broad view of the product or service
  • Enable team members to have a common goal.
  • Reduce and even eliminate feature creep
  • Gives you a material to base your design on.
  • It’s a good sales material.
  • Provide a tool for future decision making and concept evaluation
  • Gain trust
