Drives to the Customer site. Updates Customer Information on PDA Reviews Activity and updated Customer Information Reviews PDA to see there are any past due unpaid invoices Walks into customer site ready to carry on a sales conversation. Checks PDA for Inventory Information Enters discussions with Customer and what they need to buy Checks pricing and inventory levels in all warehouses on PDA Enters items on the Sales Order on the PDA Confirms Order with Customer Confirms pricing and quantity with customer and get signature on PDA. Saves order and prints if necessary for the customer. Can also email PDF copy of the sales order to the customer. Synchronizes Sales Order Into Business One Saves the order and synchronizes back into Business One at the office. The order is picked and shipped at the office. Customer receives the goods.
