Assessing Nonpoint Source Pollution Sources for a Priority Subwatershed of the Upper Saline River October 2005 to January 2008 • After tonight’s meeting, there will be: • 2 more Public Meetings • 1 Field Tour in the Spring of 2007 • This project will investigate the following sedimentation sources: • Stream Bank Erosion • Gravel Roads • Construction • Other Land Clearing Activities Stream surveys will be taken in 2006 and 2007 to evaluate stream bank erosion rate and amount of sediment deposited in the stream bed.
