Who are consumers
WHO ARE CONSUMERS?

  • A consumer is a person who uses goods and services

  • Goods are things that you can touch, hold and sometimes need to buy

  • For e.g. biscuits, pencil, ruler

  • Services are action that a person does for someone else to satisfy what the person wants

  • For e.g. Paying tuition fees, for washing of cars, for gardening

  • Ask about procedures in case, you are not satisfied with the product

  • Ask about guarantee
