  1. Submission Instructions – Delete this slide • This slide is designed to help you fill out the pro-forma for the 2012 Energy Chamber CSR Awards. Remember to keep your submission to a maximum of six PowerPoint slides, including the Entry Information slide (see below) • Complete the Entry Information slide – slide 2 of this template • On the next two slides complete the Executive Summary. These are key slides and should clearly summarise the project – what was done and what was achieved • Ensure you save this document as Submission_title_here-Company_name.doc or Submission_title_here-Company_name.docx • There are three further slides where you can add supplementary information in the form of graphics or text. These slides are not compulsory • The final total PowerPoint file size should be no more than 1mb and all images should be compressed or resized prior to submitting • Finally, delete this slide and other unused slides – remember, your submission must not contain more than six slides, including the Entry Information slide • Email your entry to [awards@energy.tt]. No other material is required. Do not send your entry on CD or disc.
