Write in the dates and times of your exams. Don’t forget any oral exams if you are taking a modern language. Think about revision in half-hour to an hour time slots. In the evenings of school days do not plan to revise any more than two subjects - during the spring term you will also have homework to do and coursework to complete. Begin to map out a rota for revising all your subjects. Leave some days a bit vague in case you need extra time for some topics. When you have completed your revision timetable check that: • You have enough time to revise everything. • You have enough time for coursework. • You are not taking on too much at any one time. • Just before each exam you have enough time to go over that subject. Try to stick to your plan, but remember that you can adjust it as you go along providing adjusting it does not mean that you are skipping bits. March 2006 April 2006 May 2006 June 2006
