  2. CEO platform | IBM Breakfast Club: Meet and greet our global network of early career leaders. To date, most participants are students or alumni from Harvard, MIT, or Stanford. We also network with the NYC Bar Association, innovators in the Silicon Valley, the Young Presidents Organization, and our business partner, IBM. Business Simulation: The simulation is a stretch project on the job of CEO. A stretch project is, by design, beyond a person’s current knowledge or skillset. The goal is to “stretch” the person from a developmental perspective, thereby accelerating the pace at which the person learns and grows. Dinner Concert: Our goal is to engage, inspire, and inform through use of the performing arts. While high-tech and academically rigorous, the concert proves that learning can indeed be fun. The concert includes a professional dance performance to the tune of award-winning music by Mariah Carey. Travel Abroad: In today’s global economy, the growth is in emerging markets. That is where you are most likely to get a job, raise, or promotion.   3. Hello. My name is Ian Jackson, JD, MBA, BSEE. I founded the firm back in 2002 when I was a student in Cornell Executive MBA program. Today, the firm is affiliated with IBM.
