  3. My Passion • My passion is to become a animal cop • I love animals • I know a lot about them • And I think it would be cool make good changes in animals life's

  4. Why I Chose This Career • Animals are my life • I live, eat, sleep, and breathe animals (literally) • I would love to save animals everyday • It would make me proud to give an animal a second chance at life • They disserve it

  5. Animal Cop Description Investigating abused, neglected, and illegal animals Picking up stray or unwanted animals Sometimes going to court to get custody of the abused animals Caring and rehoming for them And educating the public on animals

  6. Typical Day • Pick up unwanted, sick, abused animals • Do paper work for each individual animal • Interview owners • Educate people/owners • Try and rehome or foster some of the animals

  7. Two Important Work Activity's Pickup abused, sick, stray, neglected, dangerous, and illegal animals File paperwork on each individual animal

  8. Three Things An Animal Cop Takes The Longest On • Going on the road and picking up animals and investigating animal cruelty • Doing paperwork for each individual animal • Checking animals for injury and getting them medical care

  9. Working Conditions ASPCA Vehicles Houses, crawlspaces, attics Outdoors

  10. Salary • Average $23, 104 a year • Depending on what level of education you have • I would like to make more by going to college

  11. Education You only need a high school diploma (but can go to college for a higher level) In high school you should take biology, since, ex. I’m possibly go to Eckerd College near St. Petersburg Florida Tuition cost is about 37,046 The costs for a room is $5,106 The board is $5,038
