  3. You’re Not in the Jungle Anymore. • In this 4th module, you will increase your felt-sense awareness and learn why body awareness is a key component of actualizing the life you are meant to live. You will learn safe ways of reconnecting with your body and increase your capacity for daily emotional regulation. • Accepting Differentness. • This 5th step will teach you a new way of relating to challenging situations and people in your life through effective communication practices. You will learn ways to increase healthy connection and build conscious intentionality. • Being the Observer Means Saying Yes. • This 6th module will combine all the concrete practices to increase your capacity for acceptance, letting go, and trust- some of the most important pillars of mindfulness. You will be guided to access your innate ability to feel peaceful, strong and connected even in the most difficult situations.
