You will learn safe ways of reconnecting with your body and increase your capacity for daily emotional regulation. Accepting Differentness. This 5th step will teach you a new way of relating to challenging situations and people in your life through effective communication practices. You will learn ways to increase healthy connection and build conscious intentionality. Being the Observer Means Saying Yes. This 6th module will combine all the concrete practices to increase your capacity for acceptance, letting go, and trust- some of the most important pillars of mindfulness.
