General steps Extend the ODG activities (WP7 & WP8) Involve more partners, as there is now actual content to promote Start using partnes dissemination channels • Educational outreach • Dissemination of the project outcomes • Promotion of the content / collections • Case studies and Usage of APIs

  5. Extention of activities Extending the usage of social media channels • Ongoing task • Content highlights more frequent • New possible channels: • Flickr, Pinterest, SoundCloud, ... • Promotion of whole collections (newly digitized...) • Promoting the institution (as a partner)

Extention of activities BLE (Biodiversity Library Exhibition) - New topics • Involve content providers to promote their content in BLE • The world of mushrooms, extinct animals etc. • Promotion of events • Promoted by other partners and projects OpenUp! Promotion materials • Newsletters(2 each year) • Demonstrator, poster, leaflets, press releases and presentations
