Proposal for Revision of PTCS Duct Requirements

The proposed revision to PTCS Duct Specifications suggests allowing some ducts to be placed outside, addressing concerns raised by the Energy Star New Homes Technical Review Committee in 2008. The Subcommittee discusses whether in-progress inspections are sufficient or if a test should be mandated for non-indoor ducts. The meeting convened on January 29, 2009, included key stakeholders like Andres Morrison, Mark Johnson, and others.
