  1. Aimee Barlow – Athletics Coach Out Athletics – Middlesbrough Aimee is a high calibre athlete in her own right competing in regional and national multi discipline events, however, Aimee has taken it upon herself to also develop her experience of leading children in athletics utilising her athletics leaders qualification. Working alongside more experienced coaches Aimee has led athletics on a weekly basis throughout 2018/19 with a group of primary school children of different ages, abilities and backgrounds. Aimee has demonstrated and conveyed her technical understanding of athletics to the children in an accessible and fun way whilst retaining the interest and enjoyment of the children she works with throughout the session. If Aimee is ever unable to take a session the children always ask where is she and when is she back. Aimee is a credit to coaching and her sport.
