  2. Habitat • The Big Free-Tailed bat lives in: Canada, Brazil, U.S, Uruguay, Mexico, Haiti, D.R, Peru, Venezuela, Colombia, Suriname, Bolivia, Argentina, Ecuador, French Guiana, Paraguay, Guyana.

  3. FOOD • The big free-tailed bat eats fish, flies, beetles and ladybugs

  4. Enemies • Poachers and cannibal bats are its main enemies because the poachers shoot at them and because the cannibal bat mauls them! It also has tiger cubs as enemies

  5. BABIES • Little is known about the babies the big free-tailed bat. Babies, which are born naked and blind, are born late June/early July. Nobody knows how enormous the babies are and are born once a year.

  6. Interesting Facts: The big free –tailed bat when knocked in the water it can paddle with its wings and swim as it’s in the water!

  7. Physical Description • The big free-tailed bat is reddish brown with white hairs at base. Ears are joined at base ears extend out over face like a bonnet.
