3. Transliteration • What is transliteration? • 22 "The eye is the lamp of the body; so then if your eye is clear, your whole body will be full of light. (Matt. 6:22 NAU) • Could be translated as “eye is good” or as “good eye”

6. Transliteration • WTT Proverbs 22:9 טֽוֹב־עַ֭יִן ה֣וּא יְבֹרָ֑ךְ כִּֽי־נָתַ֖ן מִלַּחְמ֣וֹ לַדָּֽל׃ • NAU Proverbs 22:9 He who is generous will be blessed, For he gives some of his food to the poor. • TNK Proverbs 22:9 The generous man is blessed, For he gives of his bread to the poor.
