Overview • Non-paid position as a Student Coaching Assistant • I am required to abide by the rules and regulations established by Haskell Indian Nations University, Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference (MCAC), and National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). • Some Challenges included Communicating effectively with the players, time management, and improving teamwork skills.

  3. Why I chose to Coach • A coach can make a difference, not just in a game or a season, but in the lives of those they work with. • Stay in the Game • Rewarding Learning Experience • I found out my coaching style • Worked towards improvement

  4. Contributions • Work Experience • Time Management • Effective Communication Skills • Ongoing Learning • Became a mentor • Human Relations • Maintained and assisted with Coaching 16 college-aged ladies effectively
