  2. 以行管碩論文書寫格式《公共行政學報》為例 • 文獻引用(Citation) 【中文格式】（作者，年代：頁數） 【英文格式】 （ Author, year: page ） • 參考文獻(Bibliography) • 專書 【中文格式】作者（年代）。書名（版別）。出版地點：出版商。【英文格式】Author, A. A. (1993). Book title (2nd Ed.). Location: Publisher. • 期刊論文【中文格式】作者（年代）。文章名稱。期刊名稱，卷（期），頁別。【英文格式】Author, A. A. (1993). Article title. Journal title, Vol. xx (No. xx), xx-xx. 撰寫體例規範詳見：http://pa.nccu.edu.tw/journal/pages.php?ID=admiss3

  3. 以APA第六版為示範 小提醒: 因為APA格式預設為英文，因此引用文獻中若有中文文獻，則必須以原本的APA格式為底，編輯成另一份中文APA格式。以下示範會分別呈現英文及中文參考文獻的修改方式。

  5. (1)修改文章中文獻引用(Citation) 2. 依《公共行政學報》的格式撰寫規定，將預設格式修改為（ Author, year: page ） 預設格式如下 1. 點選Citations中的Templates進入預設格式 修改後格式如下

  6. (2)修改文末參考文獻(Bibliography)—專書 2. 再點選Book進入專書預設格式 1. 點選Bibliography中的Templates進入 • 3. 依《公共行政學報》的撰寫規定，將預設格式修改為Author, A. A. (1993). Book title (2nd Ed.). Location: Publisher.

  7. (2)修改文末參考文獻(Bibliography)—期刊文章 1. 點選Journal article進入期刊文章預設格式 • 2. 依《公共行政學報》的撰寫規定，將預設格式修改為Author, A. A. (1993). Article title. Journal title, Vol. xx (No. xx), xx-xx. • 3. 關閉視窗。此時系統會詢問是否要存檔，點選“是” 之後， 輸入style name即完成格式修改。

  11. (2)修改文末參考文獻(Bibliography)—期刊文章 1. 點選Journal article進入期刊文章預設格式 • 2. 依《公共行政學報》的撰寫規定，將預設格式修改為 • 作者（年代）。文章名稱。期刊名稱，卷（期），頁別。 • 3. 關閉視窗，此時系統會跳出詢問是否要存檔，點選“是” ，之後， 輸入style name即完成格式修改。
