  2. Hands • Wash hands before and after using the keyboard • Remember you are sharing the keyboard with others

  3. Sit • 24 inches from screen • Up straight • Feet Flat on floor • Head erect • Hands out straight • Fingers curved • ....One size does not fit all!!!

  4. Eyes • Take Breaks: Relieve eyes every 20 minutes • Rotate eyes and head for 5 minutes before continuing your work

  5. Body • Take a 20 minute break for breathing remember your body needs Oxygen and water • Stand up and stretch every 45 minutes to 1 hour • Move about sort papers, collect or deliver messages, change classes

  6. You Are In Control • ....One position does not fit all!!! • Staying in one location for too long will affect your body and create too much stress • Following these suggestions make you feel that you are in control
