  3. WHAT IS STRESS? STRESS is an EXCESS of DEMANDS on an INDIVIDUAL which is beyond their ABILITY TO COPE RESILIENCE covers INTERVENTIONS to improve INDIVIDUAL COPING MECHANISMS
