8. home As an architectural designer and 3d model builder, Olav has been designing, building and developing his skills for over 14 years. Originally from the Black Forest in Germany, Olav got his degree in Architectural Drafting in 1996, with an emphasis on AutoCAD and Computer education, in Stade Germany. Prior to that he apprenticed and worked as a Tool and Die Maker, Stuttgart Germany becoming proficient in CAD, CAM, CNC machines and engineering. With a strong technical background and a passion for architectural design, Olav has become proficient in conceptual design, 3D CAD visualizations, 3D CAD modeling and sustainable home design. He has experience working in fast paced architectural firms in Germany and as an integral team player with architects and designers here in the United States developing grand-scale international projects such as Resorts, Theme parks, Hotels, Shopping Centers, and Casino’s. Panels are constructed with top quality 2x4’s and ½” osb siding. The dome can be taken apart and the panels be stored or moved if needed.
