This study examines the state of lifelong learning (LLL) in Armenia, focusing on the Yerevan State Linguistic University (YSLU). It critically assesses both macro and micro levels of LLL, highlighting statistical insignificance in budget allocation, market inefficiencies, and a lack of clear concepts and frameworks for LLL. The analysis addresses institutional challenges, including training composition, participation in conferences, and the absence of effective monitoring tools. The goal is to improve understanding and implementation of LLL in Armenia to foster greater educational innovation and effectiveness.
