Michael Matvieshen Energy Sector Experience Before Michael Matvieshen was the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Sunlogics PLC, he was the Founder, President and CEO of EPOD Solar Inc., which was a solar energy company that worked on over 50 solar projects in Canada, Germany and the United States. Mr. Matvieshen has years of experience in technology development, in addition to being involved in land development and commercial construction.

  2. Michael Matvieshen Jobs Creation Michael Matvieshen is the Founder and CEO of Sunlogics PLC, a global energy systems provider that specializes in development and installation of solar projects. While at the company’s helm, Mr. Matvieshen has overseen some big projects, including getting General Motors Ventures LLC to invest $7.5 million in SunLogics in 2011. Out of this investment, more than 300 jobs were created.

DayStar started out by developing solar technology that had the potential for progress in solar energy. After a while, the company decided to shift its focus to managing the intellectual property it had developed. This has turned out well, as DayStar can now work with other manufacturers to license the technology.
