  2. Alexandra Belciug born 1947 in Beclean, Romania. Graduated the Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Faculty of History and Philosophy, Department of Psychology and Education Sciences 1970. Assistant professor, Ph.D. in Education Sciences. ARTISTIC ACTIVITIES: The beginnings of my artistic activity occurred during my studies in Cluj: as a high school student, I participated in the Fine Arts classes of the Cluj School of Art, and then during college I attend the workshops of the Fine Arts University, class of Professor TeodorBotiş. Between 1966-1969 I attended the Painting Department of the Cluj School of Art, class of professor ŞtefanMathe. In 1970 I moved to Targu-Mures, where, during the '70s I worked with the Radio Artist's Studio, submitting works and participating in artistic debates. Since 1977 I am a member of the Artists Association Mures, where I participated in over 100 group exhibitions and creation camps in Romania and abroad. My works can be found in private collections in Romania, Germany, Hungary, France, Netherlands, USA and Greece
