  1. BABY’S HEALTH

  2. The Best Tips For Baby’s Health Most of the parents do not care for their babies, as long as they keep healthy. Some babies are born with particular ongoing health challenges, and others will get sick from time to time. Here are some tips for helping your baby to be as healthy as possible. https://beauti.tips/healthy-tips-for-babies/

  3. Avoid Smoking and Drugs If you use drugs, smoking, and other alcohol excessively, you should stop while you were pregnant. If you avoid those habits, your baby will get benefit from your health and the energy. The effects of second-hand smoke, even on the breath of a smoker are known to be harmful to babies. Exposing your baby to smoke may also introduce the risk of asthma, lungs, heart disease, and cancer also. If you want a healthy baby, then you should avoid all those bad habits.

  4. Breast Feeding You should breastfeed your baby until six months to introduce solids. Breast milk contains healthy fat, vitamins, protein and more. You should read the immunological benefits of breastfeeding.

  5. Solid as a Rock When your baby is on solid foods, introduce fruits and yellow vegetables first and then other food. You should try healthy, wholesome food, and avoid excess fats, protein, and harmful additives. Foods known to promote resistance to disease are coconut, dates, pure honey, and nuts. There is plenty of information on boosting your baby’s immunity via nutrition.

  6. Fresh Air Exercise is excellent for your body as well as you and is proven to reduce stress. Sharing nature with your baby will keep both healthier and happier. You should try and schedule daily walks and develop a routine which works for you, like yoga and home-workout. Many mom and babies exercise classes are designed to incorporate young babies too.

  7. Healthy Habits You should wash your hands before holding your baby. Encourage lots of hand washing and general good hygiene in the household, especially if your baby has small children as siblings.

  8. Over Antibiotics If the antibiotic is necessary then ask your doctor about its effects. Sometimes a lot of use of antibiotics is not good for the health of the baby. You should use only those antibiotics which your doctor recommends for your baby.

  9. Sleep Sleep is essential when it comes to boosting immunity and fighting off infection. Babies need plenty of rest. Some parents don’t get enough sleep as it is with a newborn, but don’t compound the problem by staying up too late.
