Direct Communication – Issues of Editorial Nature • For issues of editorial nature identified during the Completeness Checks (CC) or Information & Reporting Check (IRC), Secretariat will try their best to notify the DOE within defined timeline (7 days for CC & 23 days for IRC). • For cases for which similar issues are identified by Secretariat in the last two days of the CC / IRC timeline, at least the notification will be sent to the DOE within defined timeline. • For such exceptional cases (as above), the conclusion of CC / IRC is expected to be delayed by 1 or 2 days than the defined timelines. • Secretariat will make public the list of issues of editorial nature for Completeness Check and Information & Reporting Check by 1st May 2012. • Missing documents would be treated in line with the current practice.
Direct Communication – Clarifications on issues • Secretariat will make public the dedicated e-mail address for this communication before 1st May 2012. • To simplify the screening of e-mails meant for direct communication, the subject line of the e-mail will be communicated before 1st May 2012. • Secretariat will notify the DOE or PP/CME about the date of the telephone call appointment within 3 days of such request received and subsequently the teleconference will be organized on the mutually agreed date and time slot in future. • Any authorized person from a DOE can be the contact point for the teleconference. • The contact point from a PP/CME for the teleconference shall either be the project specific focal point itself or the person authorized by the project specific focal point.
