  4. Objective of ANMOL • ANMOL - Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) Online is an android based application. It acts as a job aid to the ANMs by providing them a tool which helps them digitalize the registration process for Eligible Couple, Pregnant Women and Child and readily available information such as due list, dashboard etc. • Effective and timely delivery of quality services, specially to rural population, to ensure better healthcare. • Bringing awareness to the remotest urban population, urban slums and unserved community through images, videos and educating them about Government initiatives on health, maintenance of good hygiene, basic health care & precautions. • Establish better communication of ANMs with beneficiaries and Doctors tough remote assistance which will improve the quality of services.

  8. How to Login • Select language – Choose between Hindi/English • ANM Login – For ANMs • Admin Login – For Medical Officers

  9. How to Login • Select State and Enter ANM Id • All records associated with the ANM ID will be download automatically . • Set your Password, default password is ANMs phone number registered on RCH Application. • Login into the ANMOL Application

  12. How to Change Location/Hierarchy Location: To Change the Facility Location or Hierarchy of ANM

  13. Village Profile To View the village profile. Once it is filled on RCH portal , only then we can move towards registrations.

Data Entry: Eligible Couple • Eligible Couple • Eligible Couple Registration – To register a new EC • Eligible Couple Tracking – To track the family planning services of EC • Re-Registration – Displays list of PW who have completed delivery+42 days and are to be registered as EC on RCH Portal.

  15. Eligible Couple Registration • All Mandatory fields are marked with red Asterisk sign. • Continue Button at the end of the page, saves record and takes to the next “EC Section “

  16. Eligible Couple Registration • Back button to see and update the previous page record. • Save Button to save the record and EC will move for tracking section.

  17. Eligible Couple Tracking • Eligible Couple Tracking – When we click on EC Tracking module then EC list would be displayed. • To Track Family Planning service of an EC , Click on particular EC then detail page will be displayed.

Eligible Couple Tracking • Select date form the calendar & select woman is pregnant Yes/No and select method of contraceptive then select Pregnancy status and result “Yes/No” and click on Save button, Afterclick on save button, record will be shown on the table and continue button will appear.

Data Entry: Pregnant Woman • Pregnant Women • Direct Pregnant Woman Registration - To register beneficiary directly as PW. • Pregnant Woman Registration – To register an unregistered PW • ANC Details – To enter the ANC details of PW • Delivery Outcome – To enter the delivery details of PW • Mother-PNC – To enter the PNC details of mother • Infant Details – To enter the infant details after delivery • Infant-PNC – To enter the PNC details of infant. • Maternal Death, Abortion list Infant Death – Displays a list of all such cases

  20. Pregnant Woman Registration • Some fields which were entered in EC section will be auto populated in PW Registration. • Continue Button at the end of the page, saves record and moves to the next “PW Section “

  21. Pregnant Woman Registration • Click on “Save” or Continue and PW will move into ANC visit Section.

  22. ANC Visit • Once Saved, the details appear in the form of a table. • When delivery is mentioned as “Yes”. • The PW moves into the “Delivery Outcomes” List.

  23. Delivery Outcomes • Once delivery details are saved, the PW moves to the “PNC Visit” List.

  24. Mother: PNC Visit • Once the PNC Details are saved, the visits appear at the bottom in the form of table

  25. Infant Details • Once the Infant details are saved, it is only when the data is first synced online with the RCH Server, RCH Child ID is generated then the infant or Child is visible in “Infant PNC” section.

Data Entry: Child Care • Child Care • Direct Birth Reg – To register a new Child • Child Registration – To register a child whose infant details • are entered in the PW section • Child Tracking – To enter the Immunization services details of child • Child Death – Displays list of such cases who are either reported as dead or case is closed due to migration or any other reason.. • Sr. No with Zero – Displays the list of children with Sr. No as zero.

  28. Direct Birth Registration • Once the Child is registered and Saved, it appears in the “Child Tracking List”

  29. Child Registration List • The Child whose infant details were entered and was synced on the RCH Portal, is now visible in the Child Registration List Section and update the record.

  32. Sync Status • The data can be synced on the RCH Portal by two methods:- • Automatically – As and when the tablet comes in the range of internet connectivity. The Application will sync the data onto the Portal. • Manually – Click on the Manual Sync pending records button then all the records will be synced onto the portal and the status will be displayed.
