  5. STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES • Improve vessel and cargo turnaround time • Provide Port infrastructure ahead of demand • Improve productive use of assets • Enterprise wide risk management • Develop and improve human capital, skills and capacity to achieve organizational objectives
