  2. These are the states in the southwest region.

  3. The winter high is 50 to 60, and the low is 30 to 40. The summer high is 90 to 100F,and summer low 60 to 70.

  4. The major landforms are the great plains, mountains, highlands, and plains.

  5. Natural resources include Gold, Silver, Copper, Tin, Zinc, Uranium, Lead, Molybdenum, natural gas fields, major oil fields, Bituminous, and Lignite. Major oil fields Copper Gold zinc

  6. Famous people from this region include Bill Keane, a cartoonist from Arizona, Bill Mauldin, a political cartoonist from New Mexico, and Dan Rather TV News caster from Texas.

  7. One of the fun places to go in my region are Gilla Cliff Dwellings.
