Coach Bus @ 5:45 AM • On the bus we met new people and made new friends. • Every morning except for one we were on the bus by 6 A.M.
Growing Power • Growing Power was a farm that raised animals to fertilize there plants • Eventually the plants were given to restaurants so they could use them in food
Albanese Candy Factory • Albanese is a candy factory that makes all of there own candy at there factory. • They are located in Indiana.
Sessions • At the sessions they had a laser show • They also had all of the FFA leaders for the U.S • 55,000 people attended
Fair Oaks • A big farm • They had different rooms with different scenes • We took the coach bus & drove through the barn
Concert • DierksBently and Jana Kramer • There were so many people there that at the end the lights were shut off and over 55,000 cell phones were swaying lighting the crowd.
Kentucky Derby • Most expensive horses- over a million dollars • They have a horse burial sight for there most famous horses
Huber family farm • At the farm we had tractor races • We ate a fantastic meal served Family Style: • Fried Chicken • Ham • Mashed Potatoes • Chicken & Dumpling Gravy • Waldorf Salad • Beans • Coleslaw • Fried Biscuits (Donuts with powdered sugar) • Peach Cobbler
We Made Marshmallows • 240 Sweet is a marshmallow making business they have different flavored marshmallows
World’s toughest Rodeo • Horse back riding • Bull riding
National Convention • We went to a bunch of different workshops • We went shopping all day • Here we also met knew people
