  10. Class launched Click “Allow” to continue with the class

  14. Device Settings Device settings Use the chat option for sending messages during the class

  15. Speaker, Microphone and Web Cam Tests Check your Speakers Select Auto Adjust Option Check Microphone if you are not audible to others Audio Quality tunes the audio quality preferably set to medium Your video confirms that the web cam is working

  17. Transferring controls - Audio, Video and Writing

  18. Transfer controls option can be exercised by the teacher Attendee can you use the whiteboard options after these are transferred Audio control to have a voice chat Video control to view attendees video

  19. Transfer controls- Attendee’s view... Attendee would need to “Allow” or Accept the controls

  22. Uploading Files from Desktop Click on the icon to upload files from desktop. Files & folders on your computer are displayed. Select file & click open
