Committee Activities • Monthly phone meetings (First Thursday at 2 PM MT) • States involved on priority issues: • Particulate Matter Standards • Exceptional and Natural Events • Regional Haze Plan Development • SIP Reform Process • Updates on regional topics (Four Corners, RMNP) • Clean Air Mercury Rule

  3. Regional Haze Plan Development • Monthly Updates on WRAP Regional Haze activities • Committee coordinates planning activities between WRAP (Implementation Work Group) and Non-WRAP projects

  4. SIP Reform • The Committee still plans to provide feedback to the Air Quality Management Subcommittee of the Clean Air Act Advisory Committee (e.g. multiple pollutant strategy)

  5. Current and Future Priorities • Particulate Matter Standards Review and Comment • Exceptional and Natural Events Review and Comment • Regional Haze SIP completion • SIP Reform Activities • Add “interesting projects in your state/national park” to the monthly call agenda • Rural Air Issues, i.e. ozone, oil and gas, mercury etc.
