  3. Label the section ‘Careers’ (& include it on your homepage)

  4. Allow people to skim all openings (& get to any specific job in 2 clicks)

  5. Each job needs a unique page (& be bookmarkable)

  6. Your jobs should be in HTML (not PDF, DOC, etc.)

  7. Registration should not be required to view job listings

  8. Link every job to an ATS system

  9. Make pages print-friendly

  10. The order of information matters(as well as what is & isn’t included)

  11. Frames are your worst enemy(Don’t use them)

  12. All information should be in text (not graphics)

  13. Use popular terms
