To showyour understanding of Minimalism by creating a piece of Minimalist Expressive Arts work. Task 1 Research and find out about Minimalism in each Expressive Arts subject. Task 2 Using the knowledge you have gained in task 1, create a piece of minimalist Expressive Arts work. Your work should be handed in as: An audio recording that can be played using: Windows Media player, Real Player, Reason, Logic Pro or power point presentation. or A visual video recording that can be played using: Windows Media, Adobe, Jpeg or VLC Media Player or power point presentation. or A visual piece of art this can be 2D or 3D no bigger than A1 size. Assessment Criteriawill be based on your Creativity and Commitment Creativity will be assessed on: Openness and investigation of new ideas Use of different ways of learning Use of imagination, originality and experimentation. Commitment will be assessed on: Effective use of time Evidence of effort, motivation and a positive attitude to the work. You could create a - monolog, mime, dance, painting, collage, sculpture, piece of music, rap, song, or a poem presented as piece of art.
