  14. Government Relations Today’s chapter challenge focus Government Relations Goals – 3 Chapter Goals From GBTA ….. Goal 2 • 30% of membership must donate to PAC ………….at 21% • Need just 12 more members to donate today who have not donated this year Goal 3 • 30% of membership must send letter to one of their elected officials through the Legislative Action Center ………at 26% • Need just 6 more people to send a letter today • Goal 1 • Contributions Goal $1,000 by May 01 ….…..at $602 • Need $398 more today • Studies show that businesses can realize more than $15 in profit for every $1 wisely invested in business Travel Its Your Organization

  15. Government Relations Today’s chapter challenge focus Government Relations – Where Does My Donation Go ? Whether or not you are politically “active”, there is no better way to support the candidates and the issues that impact your company’s travel needs than through NBTA PAC. Your contribution, combined with the donations from other chapter members across the country, will help ensure that NBTA PAC has the power to back those members of Congress who show leadership and commitment to the business travel community’s issues. • Studies show that businesses can realize more than $15 in profit for every $1 wisely invested in business Travel Its Your Organization
