Ethics • 4 point test • Is it illegal or violate laws regulating your industry, the SEC (Martha Stewart), the FCC, Medicare? • Does it follow company policy? • Am I thinking twice about doing this? • Would I do it: • if it affected someone I trust • if I am hurting anyone • if someone would in turn do this to me • If my family knew I did this
