Why do we need Program Planning? • The UK CES is a grass-roots organization • We are proactive when it comes to issue-response • To remain a relevant educational resource we must conduct/facilitate relevant educational programs • Agents need a structure to follow when developing their focus for the POW cycle

  3. What are some Programming Basics? • What is the community situation/history that created the need for this educational program? • What is an Extension Program? • What is the best design for the program? • How would this program be implemented most effectively? • What are the initial evaluation results?
