  3. Computer Aided Design • Provides CAD drawings of lead products which facilitate customer design and specifications.

  4. Prototyping • Produces prototypes based on the customer's designs with refinements.

  5. Mold Making • Utilizes special steel combination molds which reduce customer's capital expenditures, and in most cases can eliminate mold expenditures.

  6. In House Secondary Operations • Provides in-house assembly, machining, labeling and painting services.

  7. Component Sourcing • Medi-Ray's 34 years of operation has enabled our production department to secure outstanding vendors for plastic, metal and foam components.

  8. Quality Control & Assurance • Medi-Ray quality control testing and inspection includes, but is not limited to unit weight criteria, destructive testing, dimensional reviews, visual reviews including reference to PMS color charts, "fit" testing and functionality testing.

  9. Just-In-Time Delivery • Offers "just-in-time" delivery schedules for its clients to reduce customer inventory costs and to deliver mutually economical delivery quantities.

  10. Safety Stocks • Maintains a safety stock of castings, components, and finished products so as to guarantee timely delivery.

  11. Recycling • Provides for its customer the ability to recycle the lead products Medi-Ray produces for them.

  12. Design Engineering • The expertise of Medi-Ray's CAD engineers, metallurgists and radiological physicists will provide design and product alternatives to make our customer's final product design technically and functionally superlative.
