Over the last few decades there has been a rapid increase in male infertility especially in the urban areas of India. To a large extent this has been attributed to general changes in the way people now live their lives. This is in comparison to the eras gone by. Fast pace of life with less time for relaxation. The increase of smoking and alcohol consumption as stress relievers is now common. With both partners working there is little time for cooking and preparing home food. Cold drinks not only lowers sperm count but is believed to cause erectile dysfunction as well. There are no health benefits in drinking aerated drinks. Eliminating cold drinks out of your life is beneficial.
