  1. Modification Proposal 255 – LSP Objection Rates2nd Sample Report Simon Trivella –22nd October 2009 Distribution Workstream

  2. Sample Report 2 • Provided to assist with discussion / consultation responses • Based on 3 months of data • Manually created and different period to Sample Report 1 • Report compares (by Shipper): • Number of successful objections (i.e. not withdrawn); and • Total number of objections submitted

  3. Sample Report 2 • Market – Indicates report only includes LSP objections • SSC (Incumbent) - The existing registered Shipper (that can object) • This would not be anonymous in a 0255 report • Incoming Confirmations objected to - The number of objections • These would be actual figures in a 0255 report • % of Objections not cancelled - Percentage of successful objections • % of Objections cancelled - Percentage of cancelled objections

  4. Sample Report 2 • Report does not show if all (or %) of transfers are objected to • Not a requirement of 0255 • Limited to Shippers that submitted at least 10 objections

  5. Conclusions? • Potentially “different” behavior exhibited by SSC “I” & “O”? • What would this report achieve? • What would be the next steps (if any)?
