Agenda • Walk the vendor aisles (introduction) • Visit the artisanal/handcrafted/local booth (library catalog & databases) • Smell, sample, shop (work in groups) • Try some Fair Trade Coffee (UN Sources: FAO Stats) • Decide what ingredients you still need for Sunday dinner (Libguide +class discussion)
