MTSD Faculty Web Page Design. Go to the MTSD Home Page > Resources and Information> For MTSD Staff. Click on CMS4Schools Faculty Page Login. Use the login and password that you received via your MTSD email. If you can not locate it, submit a School Dude Ticket to have it resent to you.

  2. Go to the MTSD Home Page > Resources and Information> For MTSD Staff

  3. Click on CMS4Schools Faculty Page Login

  4. Use the login and password that you received via your MTSD email. If you can not locate it, submit a School DudeTicket to have it resent to you.

  5. Main Screen after login….

  6. Shows you are logged in to the system. Choose to check and update your profile information. - REQUIRED Current Title and Navigation of your directory page. Navigation link Goes to your pages for editing, creating…… If you would choose to do a calendar for your classes Files Upload so you may link – limit use – other methods available Help manual and log out.

  7. Select -> Edit My Profile

  8. Profile continued…. Update to save Do NOT use this text box.

  9. Navigation Builder-The Outline of your pages Navigation and name of page. Change this to your Name. Page or link Functional Details and settings. This is where you change your Page name. Sections of Page for content Allows you to create the main content and right side navigations Take a look! Opens in new window for reviewing your work

  10. Update Page Title as your Name Title as your Name Ignore this feature on your main page These will remain as is for main page Click UPDATE!

  11. Advanced Settings (not needed for main page – use on subpages if desired) DO NOT USE BG Images. Some Icons available Use options on sub pages only UPDATE!

  12. Next – Main Page Content CLICK

  13. Adding your Content Choose the “tool” you would like to use for this block. 99% of the time it will be the Text Graphic Editor for entering in text. On additional pages or for adding other features, you may choose another tool. Think of building layers to look like one page.

  17. You have completed the requirement of a faculty page. If you would like to extend your communications to the community, parents and students you may add additional pages as the Table of contents to your instructional sites. Confer or collaborate with a colleague or your IMC Specialist for self checks and critical friend feedback on your work.
