If data was not created in slide layout textboxes, it will NOT be reformatted.

Customize Your Toolbar to Maximize Productivity • Once you place the eye dropper icon into your toolbar: • You can easily apply text and box styles of objects to each other • Select the object that you want your current object to look like • Click on the Pick Up Object Style icon (eye dropper – IN) • Select the object you want to apply the attributes • Click on Apply to Defaults icon (eye dropper – OUT) CHECK out the “Eye Droppers”
