  2. INT-020-WECC-RBP-1 WECC Interchange Authority Backup (WIAB) • Test Plan • Initial Test Plan was presented at the OC in October 2013. Discussion included whether an interconnection-wide test was needed or whether familiarity with criterion could be handled through training by ISAS. The sense of the OC was that both methods are good and should be pursued. • The Test Plan as presented passed, however, a minority opinion was the plan was too limited in scope and inadequate.

  3. WIAB Test Plan and Training • A test will be conducted in 2013 of the WIAB as reflected in the plan. • Training on the Test Plan and INT-020-WECC-RBP-1 WECC will be conducted at the next ISAS and also during the WECC Scheduler’s meeting in May.

  4. WECC Interchange Class • There is currently no WECC sponsored interchange class scheduled for 2013. • RICWG has been assigned the task of updating the material so when a class is held, the material will be valid. • Looking for volunteers to help lead this effort. We will look to set aside a workday before the April ISAS meeting for the RICWG to meet and review this data. • If there is interest from companies in having an interchange class, please let Brenda Ambrosi or Kathy Anderson know.
