This initiative aims to enhance worker knowledge and skills while integrating women into leadership roles within trade unions in Bangladesh, Korea, Malaysia, and Vietnam. The focus is on increasing awareness of trade union rights and responsibilities, developing future leaders through comprehensive education, and improving relationships among union leaders. By fostering a system for organized learning at various levels and instilling awareness of IT, we aim to strengthen the labor movement and effectively address workers' issues through collective action and informed solutions.

Labor Education Policy • To inculcate greater awareness of trade union rights and responsibilities, and knowledge on the needs and role of trade unions in society among its leaders and members. • To strengthen the labor movement, emphasis should also be placed on education as s strategy organizing and mobilisation • To develop future leadership through proper education and training
Needs and role of trade unions • To training more union educators at all levels • To render assistance to affiliates based on their needs, for planning and conducting their education programs. • To achieve a systematic learning process through basic, intermediate, advanced and specialized levels in English and the national language • To instill greater awareness amongst workers and their leaders on information technology and IT relates subjects.
