  5. BACK GROUND Increase of elder people in the Province of Córdoba. Law of Dependent people , L. 39/2006 develoment by RD 122/2009: Transition period in order to get the formal qualification.

  6. BACK GROUND Adaptation French methodology. We work with two profession: sector care in institutions sector care at home

  7. KEY ACTIVITIES - Creation a local network : agrement with CEPES. - Creation Professional Comitte: List of activities of two professions and Comparison between two profession.

  8. VAE IMPEMENTAION STEPS: Information to possible candidates. Preparation Bloket I. Preparation Bloket II: Interview with the candidates. Jury: validation of the experience.

  9. INFORMATION TO THE CANDIDATES - Dissemination of the Trans-vae project in order to gain the beneficiaries of two professions.

  10. KEY ACTIVITIES - Creation a local network : agrement with CEPES. - Creation a Professional Comitte: List of activities of two professions and Comparison between two profession.

  12. THE JURY Two juries: Sector care at home Sector care in institutions

  13. RESULTS Direct (beneficiaries): Sector care at home (10). Sector care in institutions (9).

  14. RESULTS Indirect : Dissemination VAE in the local network, enterprises in sector care in the Province of Córdoba. Be aware with the need of the qualificaton in oder to work in this sector and the possibility mobility.
