  1. How Do We Increase the Immunity of Our Body? The presence of antibodies to a disease in a person's system confers immunity against that sickness. Antibodies are proteins that the body produces in order to neutralise or destroy poisons or disease-carrying organisms. Antibodies are specific to a certain disease. Measles antibodies, for example, will protect a person from measles sickness but will have no impact if he or she is exposed to mumps.

  2. How can you strengthen your immune system? • The thought of increasing your immunity is appealing, but the capacity to do so has proven difficult to achieve for a variety of reasons. The immune system is a collection of interconnected systems. It requires balance and harmony to work properly. While improving your immunity is easier said than done, making a few dietary and lifestyle modifications can help you enhance your body's natural defences and fight disease-causing germs.

  3. Here are some natural ways to boost your immunity. • Healthy diet- Healthy immune system requires consistent nutrition. According to scientists, people who live in poverty are malnourished and are more prone to infectious diseases. Whole plant meals such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and legumes are high in nutrients and antioxidants, which can help you fight diseases. Meanwhile, the fibre in plant foods supports your gut microbiome, which is your gut's community of beneficial bacteria. Healthy gut microbiota can boost your immunity and prevent viruses from entering your body through your intestines.

  4. Eat more healthy fats- Healthy fats like those found in olive oil and salmon can help your body's immune response to infections. Chronic inflammation can inhibit your immune system, even though low-level inflammation is a common reaction to stress or injury. Olive oil's anti-inflammatory properties have been related to a lower incidence of chronic diseases like heart disease and type 2 diabetes. Furthermore, its anti-inflammatory characteristics help your body in fighting harmful bacteria and viruses that cause sickness.

  5. Moderate exercise- Although vigorous activity for lengthy periods of time can depress your immune system, moderate exercise can strengthen it. According to studies, even a single session of moderate exercise can improve vaccine efficiency in adults with weakened immune systems. Furthermore, exercise on a regular basis may assist your immune cells repair and minimise inflammation. Brisk walking, swimming, steady bicycling, running, and gentle hiking are all examples of moderate exercise.
